"A holistic program for perinatal well-being."

Providing Safe and Affordable Wellness Solutions

for Soon-to-Be Mommies!

Is it safe to exercise during pregnancy? According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist (ACOG), if you are healthy and your pregnancy is normal, it is safe to continue or start most types of exercise. Think about it! From getting better sleep to ensuring good overall health condition for you and your baby, there are lots of benefits you can get from exercising during pregnancy.

Don't be afraid to strengthen those pelvic floor muscles or do low-impact aerobics with our help here at Apparent Fitness, LLC. We are a team of trained professionals dedicated to helping expectant mothers stay fit and healthy for their babies throughout each trimester.

However, before starting any exercise during pregnancy, it is important to discuss exercise with your health care provider during your early prenatal visits. If your health care provider gives you the OK to exercise, we welcome you at Apparent Fitness.

We pay extra attention to our training and routines to ensure the safety of everyone. Contact or visit us today in Prospect, Connecticut to learn more about our affordable, safe and fun class sessions.

Our compassion for increasing awareness about the importance of pre/postnatal health and wellness is an essential component of our program. We take pride in knowing that not only will our mothers benefit from feeling healthy, but also from having the opportunity to develop new relationships with other moms-to-be that can last well beyond the "Fourth Trimester" of pregnancy.

Its nice to not feel the stigma of being pregnant and exercising at a mainstream gym. There's no judgement at Apparent Fitness.
