What We Offer to Expectant and New Mothers 

All Apparent Fitness classes are facilitated by a certified Prenatal Exercise Specialist, who adheres to the recommended exercise and safety guidelines during pregnancy, established by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist (ACOG).

 Components of out classes include:

• Low-impact aerobic exercise

• Strength training

• Flexibility exercises

• Pelvic Floor exercises

• Abdominal strengthening exercises

• Mindfulness Relaxation

Our Sessions

Each session includes eight classes over 4 consecutive weeks. We conduct two classes a week (8 classes per session) and each class is approximately 60 minutes. Check out our class schedules.
